Visa

Participants requiring a visa for entry to Russia are advised to make the application in advance in their home countries. Please, contact your nearest Embassy or the Consulate of the Russian Federation, or consult your travel agency.

To complete visa formalities, we kindly ask you to fill in the Visa form and send it by email zam@catalysis.ru. Please also enclose a high quality electronic copy of the 1st page of your passport (with the personal data) as a graphic black and white jpg-file. The passport should be valid at least three months before the event. If the period of passport validity is prolonged and it is marked in the separate page – please attach this page also.

Please, don’t forget to get a medical insurance policy in advance.

The organizers will be pleased to send a letter of invitation (it will include the number of your passport, citizenship and the date of birth).

IMPORTANT! 
Please note that point 9 in the Visa form means that you must indicate where you will apply for a Russian visa in YOUR country. For example – Russian Consulate of the Russian Embassy in (city of your country).
