This meeting is continuation of four previous Chinese-Russian workshops. The first of them was in Hong Kong in November, 2010. The second workshop was held in Beijing in October, 2012. The third workshop was held in Moscow in September, 2013. The fourth took place in Tianjin in October, 2015.

The Workshop is organized to present new and emerging research developments and future directions in numerical methods and applications, to exchange research results and ideas, and to promote international and local research cooperation and connections.
